Investing... Rich "plays the long game" - willing to forgo immediate gain for future abundance. He'd rather labor to establish an orchard (waiting 3 years for the fruit, but knowing those trees will yield over generations) than to nurse a garden (which bears almost immediately, yet lasts a single season).
Catalyst... When Papa Rich enters a space, change is a comin'!

Dedicated "soul gardener"... With gentleness and discernment, she delights to co-labor with Holy Spirit in transforming the barren soil of a broken heart into a shared oasis of the Father's love. She possesses a unique ability to see beauty in simple moments and to celebrate the wonders of new life with open-hearted joy.
Mothering grace... Allison ministers by "coming alongside" others. Radiating warmth and genuine care, she nurtures a safe environment for vulnerability and exploration. Through her own journey, she can testify to the goodness and faithfulness of a loving Father, trustworthy in every circumstance and season of life.
Rich & Allison have shared over thirty years of marital bliss...mostly. They have three adult children (Ben [married to Macy], Josh & EK) and one granddaughter (Harper). Together, they are freedom fighters, working tirelessly to see individuals come alive in their true identity as sons and daughters of the Most High!
